Interested and qualified applicants are advised to hand in their Application in a GREEN LONG FOLDER, arranged and properly labeled, to the Office of the Campus Executive Officer no later than OCTOBER 31, 2024. The portfolio should include the following documentary requiremnets:
1. APPLICATION LETTER addressed to the University President DR. ARTHUR G. IBANEZ, ASEAN ENGR. through the Campus Executive Officer AUDY R. QUEBRAL, PECE, JD, DPA.
2. DULY ACCOMPLISHED PERSONAL DATA SHEET (CS Form No. 212, revised 2017) with Work Experience Sheet, if applicable;
3. PHOTOCOPY OF PERFORMANCE RATING in the last two (2) rating periods covering one (1) year performance in the current/latest position, if applicable;
4. PHOTOCOPY OF VALID AND UPDATED PRC LICENSE/ID, if applicable:
5. PHOTOCOPY OF CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY/RATING, if applicable;
6. PHOTOCOPY OF TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS (TOR) AND DIPLOMA, including completion of graduate and post graduate units/degrees, if applicable;
7. PHOTOCOPY OF CERTIFICATE/S OF TRAINING/SEMINARS/CONFERENCES, if applicable;
8. PHOTOCOPY OF CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT, if applicable;
9. Other relevant credentials.
Only documents received on or before the aforementioned deadline will be considered for assessment during the comparative evaluation.
