CSU Aparri researchers and extensionists convene for RDE In-House Review

As an essential process that allows the institution to ensure the quality and integrity of researches and extension programs being conducted within its walls, Cagayan State University Aparri Campus conducted a Research, Development and Extension In-House Review today, March 31, at the Audio-Visual Main Hall and Campus Executive Officer's Office.

The Campus RDE In-house review and evaluation of completed researches and presentation of new research and extension proposals is an annual undertaking of the campus to subject all the RDE programs/projects to a review by the internal evaluators to ensure the quality of the outputs prior to their presentation to a wider spectrum of audience and publication to refereed journals and that the research proposals have 6Ps in their expected outputs and are aligned with the SGDs.

The evaluators in the completed researches were Dr. Florentina S. Dumlao (University Consultant), Dr. Gilbert G. Magulod Jr. (University Director for KTMP) and Dr. Lenimfa P. Molina (Campus Director for RDE) while Dr. Urdujah G. Alvarado (University Consultant), Dr. Josie Y. Bas-ong (University Director for Extension) and Dr. Junel B. Guzman (Vice President for RDE) led the evaluators for the research proposals.

Twelve (12) completed researches from the different colleges were presented while a total of eighteen (18) researches were proposed by the faculty-researchers from the various colleges.

Additionally, three (3) extension programs from the College of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences, College of Criminal Justice Education and College of Information and Computing Sciences were proposed.

This activity was spearheaded by the Office of the Campus Director for Research, Development and Extension headed by Dr. Lenimfa P. Molina.
